How long does a site survey take?
Most residential site surveys take 1–2 hours. Commercial and industrial surveys may take half a day. Our engineer will assess your roof structure, orientation, shading, and load-bearing capacity — and you'll receive a proposal within 2–3 business days.
Is the site survey really free?
Yes, completely. We conduct the site survey at no charge and with no obligation to proceed. If you choose not to go ahead, that's fine — we'd rather earn your trust than pressure a sale.
What areas do you operate in?
We're headquartered in Hyderabad and primarily serve Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. We also take on commercial and utility-scale projects across India. Contact us with your location and we'll confirm coverage for your project.
How long does installation take?
Most residential systems (up to 20 kW) are installed within 1–2 days once material is on site. Commercial systems typically take 3–7 days. We'll give you a project timeline with your proposal.
Do you also supply the solar panels?
Our core expertise is in solar mounting structures — the steel and aluminium systems that hold your panels. We work with your panel supplier or can recommend trusted partners. For complete turnkey solutions including panels and inverters, speak to our team.
What warranty do your structures carry?
All Vlux solar mounting structures carry a 25-year structural warranty covering material integrity and performance. Our hot-dip galvanised steel is IS 4923 compliant with a minimum 85-micron zinc coating for maximum longevity.
