What materials do Vlux structures use?
All Vlux structural steel is IS 4923 grade, hot-dip galvanised with a minimum 85-micron zinc coating. Module clamps are 6061-T6 anodised aluminium. All fasteners are stainless steel or HDG — no painted or cold-galvanised components anywhere in the structure.
Are your structures compatible with all solar panel brands?
Yes. Vlux aluminium clamps are universal and compatible with all major module formats including 60-cell, 72-cell, 96-cell, 120-cell, and half-cut configurations from any panel manufacturer. If you have a non-standard module, share the datasheet and we will verify compatibility before fabrication.
What is the typical project timeline from order to installation?
After site survey and design approval, fabrication typically takes 2–4 weeks depending on order volume. Delivery to site follows within 1–3 days for Telangana and AP locations. Installation is completed in 1–2 days for residential systems and 3–7 days for commercial systems. Your project proposal will include a specific timeline.
Do you supply structures only, or do you also install?
