We're currently hiring across engineering, project management, and sales. All positions are based in Hyderabad unless noted otherwise.
We're looking for a structural engineer with experience in steel fabrication and solar mounting systems. You'll design IS 875-compliant mounting structures for residential, commercial, and utility-scale projects — working closely with our site survey and installation teams.
You'll own the end-to-end delivery of solar structure installation projects — from post-order planning through commissioning. This is a high-ownership role that requires someone who thrives on getting complex logistics right and keeping clients happy.
We need someone who genuinely enjoys building relationships and opening new accounts. You'll develop business across residential societies, commercial builders, and industrial clients — positioning Vlux's solar structure solutions against a competitive market.
